The Workout: In this exercise you will train for Hypertrophy using moderate weight, and each body part that you work you will do a Calisthenic exercise to compliment it. For example, if you do bent over rows, you will do pull ups to compliment it. HyCalTrophy: 15 Reps of hypertrophy and 10 reps of calisthenics will equal 1 complete set, and do 3 sets for each muscle group that you work.
